2006 Chevy Silverado vibration

I just replaced my Transfer case with a used one on a 2006 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. The truck is running good except when I get up to about 50 mph it starts vibrating and making a noise (roaring sound). Is it possible that I could have messed up my universal joint or could the transfer case be bad. Any help would be appreciated.

  Smoke test the system. You can buy a cheap smoke machine from Amazon and within a few minutes if there's any leaks then you find the problem if there's no leaks you have two choices. Trace it out for electrical issues or replace everything and then see what happens. I'm about to replace everything thanks to the previous owner butchering all the lines under the truck.
