PCV/EVAP Hose Replacement

I have a 2010 Silverado 1500 with the 5.3 that has been driving me up the wall the last few days. I finally found two vacuum leaks. Both on the driver's side of the truck. One from the PCV valve to the back of the block and the other from the intake manifold to the back of the block. My question is, can you no longer buy these hoses (which appears to be the case)? If not, what type of hose, and possible size do I need? Just cut the hose off and replace the hose, but reuse the connectors or what? I may have a couple other issues, but need to get this leaks corrected as soon as possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Or can I cut out the damaged part of the hose and install a barb with hose clamps until I can get a hose made? I have no clue what size hose to get since without cutting the connectors off, I am unsure what size hose I need. Throwing error code P0171 and P0174 bank 1 and 2 sensors are lean. It's causing my MAF to read low and my fuel trim are all over the place. Thanks for the help in advance. This is making me go crazy.

The size that will be required you'll get fuel/vapor hose. You can use screw clamps. you can cut out sections to make repairs if you wish. No need for barbs if the correct size hose is selected. It should fit pretty snug after being slid over the other line. A screw clamp will used also. Until somone chimes in on sizing, you might look over in the "catch can threads" Hose sizing is talked about quite a bit.
