parking light problem

on my 04 envoy parking light on front passenger side doesn"t come on....changed all bulbs....turn signal works and has continuity when tested ...whats next to do

Test the wires for 12v with a test light or meter. Wire color isn't important - just ground the light or meter to a good ground (preferably battery negative), activate the light you want to test (t/s or parking lights),  and just touch the test light or meter to the contacts, and see what you've got.  

 

One of the wires is a ground ... so do the reverse for that - hook the test light or meter to POSITIVE, and probe the contacts until you get a light. If you've got no light here, you have a ground problem.

 

If you have power AND ground at the socket with the parking lights on, then the bulb is the issue. Make sure it was installed the correct way first (if it's NOT the round base 1157 bulb, disregard that statement - I forget when GM changed to the flat base bulbs).
