Exhaust pipe

Hey guys, is it possible to get either a 4" or 5" exhaust tail pipe and keep the stock exhaust? My truck is on a zone 6.5" lift and has the plain 5.3 exhaust tail pipe. Thoughts on how to keep stock exhaust but get larger diameter piping from the muffler back ?

Take it to your local muffler shop and see what they can do for you. I had my muffler shop put on a Corsa style tips that where 3 inch diameter.
