OUMike Posted July 25, 2003 Posted July 25, 2003 On my 94' Silverado it rides wiht the bed up in the air. Factory settings for a load I guess. How difficult is it to raise the front to level it out?? I've heard this effects the sound from dual exhaust..true?? Thanks.
Shaners Posted July 25, 2003 Posted July 25, 2003 On a 4x4 with the tosion bar front end, it is very easy to raise the front... 2wd is a little more work though. I can't remember, is your truck a 4x4?
99-2door Posted July 26, 2003 Posted July 26, 2003 On a 2wd, it is very easy to lower the bed 2-3 inches for a level ride height. You can buy a rear shackle for the rear spring that is longer and lowers the height of the truck. I think they cost about $40. 4 bolts and you are done, very easy.
