Why is the 2016-17-18 Silverado start out 5000 more then the 2014-15

Recommended Posts

So I went to my local Chevrolet dealership to see about purchasing a new Silverado, well after talking to the sales man/woman (p.c) they showed me the truck I was looking for a 2018 singlecab lt 4x4 nothing special to it. After looking over the truck I noticed the sticker price was 40 plus grand ( yes I know you can negotiated, so I had to ask what makes this truck so much more then the past years. Apple car play $(300.00) and a redesigned front that I have recently found out with this forum that it can be swap with the 2014-15. There were a few other thing but nothing that's special. So why?

Look into buying a Sierra from Laura Buick GMC.  Their prices are for real.

I also wondered about this, but I still bought a 2015. I was able to get more options and only sacrifice a few thousand miles for it. win win for me
