99-02 body style 450 SS??

I just saw a reg cab, short box, 2WD truck, with 450SS stickers on the bed where you would find the 4x4 and Z71 stickers. I'm pretty sure this must be one of those stickers that add 5hp to your engine?!? Wish I had my digital camera with me. Why do people do this? Other than this stupid sticker, the truck looked nice. What are some other things you all have seen that made you just want to and wonder why??? Chris

450SS ????? Never heard of that, but 454SS would be better.

People putting those d**n Type-R badges on a truck. That just ain't right.

oh man...about 6 or 8 months ago I happen to see an older Corvette (about 90-91ish) sitting outside a small dealer. When I parked and got out I noticed the "ZR-1" badges on the back of the car. The dealer told me he'd do the car for $12,500, and that it was a 1990. As I walked closer I noticed the fender. Right under the ZR-1 badge I noticed it read "CROSS FIRE INJECTION", and the car was an auto. I then began to question why he'd lie a customer about a car. Good thing I'm a little guy .
