1996 new speakers?

I plan on keeping my 1996 ext cab probably another year, but all of the speakers except 1 door panel speaker are shot. It has the stock radio, with 2 rear speakers, two round speakers in the door panels, and two small tweeters in the door panels. Should I just replace the two round front door speakers, & if so, will they work with the stock radio?
