Greetings,

I just replaced my GMC Sierra 2016's battery and I have a new issue with the AC.

It's supposed to be cool from 18° to 23° or 24° Celsius...

But after getting a new battery, from 18 to 19° is cool.. 20 and above is warm to hot..

I also have a weird message popping up when i start the truck, it says "Ice possible drive with care". The temperature here is 22° so there's no ice.

Edit: I started up my truck the next day at afternoon and everything went back to normal

Sounds like you've got a bad temperature sensor. Not familiar with the newer models, but it used to be located behind the front bumper / grille area.

If all that was done was replacing the battery, and this only started after changing the battery, I would try disconnecting the battery for a minute or so to reset the system.  This sounds like part of the system is thinking Fahrenheit, and other parts Celsius.

There are two sensors behind the grill I think.  Perhaps one is bad.  Easiest way to check is to swap them and see if that changes the behaviour.

Sounds like he is in a country that goes bye celcius and when the battery got changed things went to Farenheit

Except he is seeing the Celsius numbers.  If it was just the default being reset he would see the outside temp and the auto climate control in Fahrenheit.
