Backrack Safety Rack Question

I have a 2018 Silverado I just bought. I kept my safety rack off of my old truck and installed it on my new truck, with new mounting hardware, however, the rack is sitting way above the roof line. On my old truck, 07 Silverado classic, the rack sat about 2 inches above the cab and looked pretty good. On my new truck it is sitting closer to 6 inches above the cab and looks really high. I'm pretty sure this is because the new truck has taller sides on the box. Does anyone have a newer safety rack who could measure the overall heigh of the rack? or does anyone know the dimensions of the newer model, 10500, safety rack? I really don't want to buy a new safety rack and end up with the same issue if it's the same height as the one I already own... Any help is appreciated!

Just in case anyone else needs to know this, there is about a 5" difference between these models... Guess that means buying a new rack at some point down the road.

The OP in this thread has a Magnum not a Backrack on his but it will give you a idea of the height difference anyway.

 Thank you for the reply. I decided to use my original back rack headache rack. I'm just going to modify it by cutting out 4 inches then welding out back together. Whenever I finish ill post some pictures of the process.
