For those of you who missed it, My PC went south, still unknown what happened, so we had to get a new one. It's here, a custom built HP Pavilion a210e. It's not state of the art, but it's nice

 

Athlon XP 2400+ with quanti-speed

256MB PC2100 DDR(512 MB will be added before weeks end)

80GB 7200 RPM HD(with my old 15.3GB 7200 added on)

16X DVD

my still new Samsung CD-RW was switched over also

SoundBlaster Live 5.1

nVidia Geforce FX TM 5200 128MB DDR with TV out(wierd, wasn't supposed to have a TV out, unless they accidently gave me the 5600)

 

I'm thinking of upgrading the chip/board/powerunit when the 3.0 Ghz Athlon comes out and gets a bit cheaper

Glad to see you back It's always nice to use a computer that works. Unless you are gaming online that 2400 CPU is fast enough. Spend your money on the girlfriend instead.
