Windshield Wipers fluid not spraying

I have a 2017 GMC Sierra 6.2 with 39,000 miles.  Refill wiper fluid notice went off, so I refilled and now no fluid sprays on the windshield.  The fluid is leaking behind the front bumper when I am activating the windshield wipers, no leaks otherwise.  Any suggestions or quick fixes since I am out of warranty?
