You certainly want to know all you can about your suspension travel before picking a shock. You want to keep as much articulation as you can. It gives you a better ride. If you don’t have enough down travel your suspension isn’t able to droop out enough in holes to work and absorb them. This leads to a tough ride. Email mail them and see what wheel travel they say their arms are good for. I can do the math and tell you what travel shock you need. Stock travel is around 7.5 inches. These arms will have the same amount of travel as a factory arms in order to protect the other components like CV Shafts, Ball Joints, Tie Rods, etc.
Madcow2020 Posted June 27, 2018 Posted June 27, 2018 Then the icon 71555C (reservior adjustable valved shocks) would work. I would only use them with stock travel. Also remember for every inch you raise your truck is an inch of down travel lost and up travel gained. What part of the country are you in? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
