I have a chance to pick these up for about $425 out the door at a local pickup parts place...What do you guys think?

I'm not really looking for wheels, but this just seems like a pretty good deal.

I would say go for it. On Weld's site the MSRP is $340 per wheel so that sounds like a good deal. I would like to find a deal like that on the Weld mountain crushers. :wtf:

I double checked. They are not Weld Stone Crushers.

They are knock offs. No bead lock. They just look exactly like them. Thats why they are so cheap.

I am still looking at them. I don't need a bead lock, I don't take it off road very often. I just think that they would look good.

With some nittos those would look sweet.

Well then, it's a good thing I have Nittos. :wtf:

Then why the he!! do they cost $350 per wheel when I can get knock-offs for $100?

I aint paying for a name on something that nobody will be able to tell. :wtf: Nope :wtf:

They sure fooled me. They sure look good for a knock off.

If you need tires too, desert rat racing has Mickey Thompson wheels with BFG muds for under 900...That is a pretty good savings... About 100$ a wheel plus 120$ a tire, cheaper than I can find anywhere else....

Weld Racing wheels are forged and if you compare the load ratings to cast wheels the Weld is always rated higher.

I'm not sure if that wheel is cast, but I know Welds are forged. Also, forged wheels are lighter in weight.

I know what you mean about Welds being expensive. I want a set of Weld Evo Renegades or Velociti 6 but the cheapest I saw was $420 per wheel.
