Black area on infotainment screen

So it might be hard to see in the photo, but on the 8” touch screen on my 2014 GMC Sierra screen there is a black box when on the Bluetooth audio screen. You can see it to the left side of the screen, below the temperature. The black area is normal on other screens, even the other audio screens, so it doesn’t seem to b an issue with the actual screen. Just curious if this is normal and how everyone else’s screen looks...
