Loose armrest

Can somebody tell me how to tighten-up the armrest on my drivers seat?  Is there a nut, or bolt, or ??? and how do you access it?  It's a high back bucket w/power in a new body style 99 Silverado.  Thanks.

this might be something for the dealer...

 

im not sure about the silverados, but there should be a zipper somewhere on the armrest where you can get to the insides, but you may just find foam.  still worth a try tho
