MY FIRST POST HERE, SUP GUYS!

ANYWAY BACK TO MY POINT, I ORDERED SOME TAYLOR PLUG WIRES FOR MY TRUCK AND FEDEX DELIVERED THEM TO THE WRONG FRIGGIN' DOOR!

What pisses me off is whoever actually received the package didn't have the decency to bring it to the address on the box. What's the world coming to???

Welcome to the site.

Will Fed-Ex give you the address of the place of delivery so you can ask for your product, or can they contact that person to see if they gave you the product?

Thanks for the welcome, I'm working on finding out which address they actually dropped the package off to. I called Fedex last night and they said that their systems were down and they couldn't tell me anything. They said they would call me back today, I highly doubt that they'll call me back so I'll call em. I'm just anxious to knock on the a**holes door who has my package.

Welcome to the site. Stinks about what happened. But Usually FedEX is pretty good with customer service. They were having trouble delivering the product to our client and I had a call from them asking where it is supposed to go. I finally told them to send it back. Turned out the trailer moved to the other side of the site and they couldn't figure it out. It will work out in the end. But it will really get you anyway.

our fed ex guys sucks. brings stuff to the wrong door and just drops it there. problem is we dont really use that door much so by the time we realise it is there it has been 2-3 weeks since he dropped it. We check to see who singed for it and it is just a first name of someone who has never worked for us. Call and complain and he still does it over and over and over again

Thanks guys this is the best forum by far! I think I got everything squared away now. I called the place I ordered from and they are making the claim. The guy said that Fedex will send the truck back out to try to retreive the package, if he isn't successful they'll just ship another box out. I'm about the most impatient person in the world when i'm waitin for something to come in, it urks me to no end.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh. But really though this forum is very helpful, I greased my zerks yesterday thanks to the helpful guide I found all 11 of em. I like sayin ZERKS, ZERKS, ZERKS, AND MORE ZERKS. lol.
