2004 Sierra 1500 Blend Door

My 04 Sierra 1500 ex cab is having issues with the drivers side only vents blowing heat when the AC is on. Did a system relearn and narrowed the problem down to the blend door actuator for that part of the cab. I believe it's down and to the left of the glovebox (?). Can anyone knowledgable with this confirm and offer a part number for it please? I'm seeing so many for this truck that I dont wanna accidently order the wrong one.
