Hey guys, '02 8.1/Ally/3.73...love this truck! It does not consume oil, it has ICE cold A/C in 90 degree/100% humidity weather and is generally pretty fun to drive  ...other than I think the brakes suck (the rotors are warped @ 10K miles..) Just put Mobil One in it yesterday and have a Wester's brain on the way :chevy: (SUPER nice guy, I went with the one step up from daily driver replacement, he says I may have to throw a little premium fuel at it when it's really hot or when I'm towing my 12,000lb boat/trailer). QUESTION: Just yesterday my Ally is acting funny in reverse...shift to the reverse quadrant...let of the brake...and then start rolling backwards, and at about 10ft. it's like a secondary "engagement" ...you can definitely feel it! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON??? It has not been doing this until yesterday. Temps never seen over 180-185 (even towing 12K). Should I be chewing my nails worried it's gonna take a dump? I'm a little shell-shocked after putting one (or more) warr. trannies in my last 4 GM trucks. It's not about the breakage...it's about being without the truck!! Any ideas or similar experiences?
