I have a 99 gmc 1500 this just started cpl days ago that I've noticed it's cold here in Illinois under 20 degrees IDK if that's got something to do with it or not but I've noticed Everytime I hit the brakes it boggs down then jumps up to normal rpm I just put new brake lines on it cpl months ago I pull in my driveway put it in park and pump the brakes goes to floor and it boggs down again then back to normal rpm when I'm driving it don't go to the floor just when I'm parked feels like the abs not kicking in but after I drive a few miles it quits doing it I checked the fluid level it's at full mark ik I don't have leak cuz there brand new and everything's tight and no holes in the lines some explanation would help

Sounds like you might have a leaky booster or a leaky booster hose.  Check them, it sounds vacuum related since the engine bogs.

Could it be a vacuum hose where is the hose located for the booster il have to look at the brake booster and see if I see any leaks

Don't look like it's leaking from brake booster I'll have to check under in manifold there's a hose that runs in the back of thereb50eb798e030a6b0fd26d941dd934663.jpg5823babcce5b9303d7276555b27fdbc3.jpg

It is difficult to read this without any punctuation.

In order to eliminate the brake booster as the issue, you could unplug the booster vacuum line from the intake, and plug that hole. If the problem persists, then your do not have a vacuum leak. Be aware that your brakes will not work very well with that hose disconnected.

They work good just boggs down sometimes under heavy braking and even light braking peddle is firm

Try the test, if the brakes seem the same, you might have a leaking booster which means your engine essentially has a HUGE vacuum leak when you depress the pedal
