New House

Closed on my first home today! It was a long month getting all the paperwork and everything that comes with moving arranged and taken care of. I'm glad it's over, but I still have to move which I'll be doing this weekend.

Some have been saying I bought a garage and the house came with it, and I can't deny that the garage was a major selling point in my view. Although the house is older, the garage was built just a few years ago and is 24'x36' in size. Plenty of room for all the toys and then some. There is lots of work that I have planned for it right now......adding lights, heat, finishing the walls/insulation, etc. Should make the winter pass by quickly by spending time out there.

I had forgotten that some people need to find things to do during the winter. I was raised in Southern Ohio and my brothers and I spent many hours killing time in the basemant inventing games and watching TV. Now if you could get the little lady interested in some garage time everything would be wonderful.
