2006 Sierra DS Dr Window Switches Not Working

I own a 2006 Sierra 2500 HD with a Duramax and just after starting the engine and extending the mirrors the mirrors stopped and the all of the power window switches in the drive side panel stopped  working. The other three windows operate with the switches in the other doors. The right side mirror made it to the extended position and the driver side did not move. The voltage was probably low as the engine air heater was on and the alternator was not picking up the load. I'm unable to locate fuses & brekers listed in owners manual. Any idea where thee fuses/breakers are or any suggestions to trouble shoot?
