It is still in the plastic with the card. Will fit a 4.8, 5.3, 5.7, and 6.0. I didn't even take it out of the box. I ordered it then changed my mind and went with a split for the blower. I paid $346.40 after tax, but I priced it to move.

will this work with the stock computer or will it need to modified to run in gear?

Think you might need a little tuning. That or you might be able to drill the hole in the throttle plate a bit bigger. IF you have an idle problem. Im not real good with cams. Buddy of mine put a Comp 215/215 .55x lift 114lsa in his 03 and didnt do any tuning. Runs good too!
