I have a new Proto Electronic Torque wrench that will do 15-250 ft/lbs and is a 1/2" ratchet size. The exact model # is J6014E , you can easily change the unit settings for ft/lbs, Nm, in/lbs, or kg/cm so lots of options for whatever you are working with. This model runs about $560 new, I've copied some specs below as well but let me know if you have any further questions if interested.
