Save Spongebob Squarepants

Ok, in case y'all didn't know, Nick, Viacom, and the creator of spongebob are cancelling Spongebob Squarepants and will not be making anymore new shows. There are only going to be a couple of more new shows and that will be it. I know many kids out there love this cartoon, and many 'big kids' like me and Tom (MountaineerTom) also love it too. I LMAO everytime I watch spongebob. We need to keep this kind of good, funny programming on tv for kids to watch. Anyways, all of you who have children who are fans of spongebob or any of you 'big kids' who love the funniest little sponge from bikini bottom, please go to the link below and sign the "Save Spongebob Squarepants" petition. Hopefully with enough support we can save the show.

Yep, it's one of those shows like the movies Waynes World or Airplane, so dumb that they are hilarious. I put a vote in for all my family members.

I think SpongeBob is awsome and would like to think my daughter could watch him when she gets old enough (3 mos. now) They way saturday morning T.V. has changed makes me sick :plainsmile:

Count me in, I love Spongey. Actually, I like Patrick the best. All of my buddies love it, too. Maybe it is an I.T. thing? Most of us IT guys are a little off, you know. I loved Beavis & Butthead too. Ren & Stimpy, Married With Children, too.

I dunno about the I.T. thing, I keep away from that stuff, but yes y'all are a little off. But, then again so are us college students; as Elwood said, "Spongebob is a staple of college entertainment." I am a sucker for good, wholesome, stupid entertainment.
