Breather hose replacement..

My pcv breather hose connector broke and i tried finding a replacement at oriellly and autozone...no one has it...what do i do..check engine light is also on and code says im running lean...need help..2013 silverado 5.3..

ACDelco.com online is showing (under Hoses, Other) GM Part numbers 12597774 and 12609373 as still being available from GM dealers.  Those are the 2 PCV valve tubes with the connectors on the ends, one "dirty air" and the other "fresh air".  Rockauto.com has them listed on their website for $5.43 each + shipping.
