Posting this in case anyone else runs into this in the future.

I went to go to work the other night and got on the road and flipped to high beams, light indicated on dash and fog lamps turned off but no high beam output. Thought maybe it was a fluke so went out after a bit at work and tried it again, nothing. Did some research to see if anyone else has had this issue and saw some 1500s had issues with BCM. Did some more checking to see what fuse/relay to check/replace but apparently there is only one fuse for the headlight circuit and no replaceable relay. Brought it in on Monday and they had to replace the fuse block as relays are built in and not serviceable. I don't know what the cost was as it was under warranty.

What happened to making simple things like this serviceable? It was frustrating to me but maybe most people don't do any work on their vehicle nowadays.

Like I said, posting this in case someone else runs into the same problem.

yOU HAD one of those one in a million defects. Covered under warranty, cost you no $, just time. Defective fuse block making it through a build is unusual.
