Does anyone know why my nav is like this it just started doing this about a month ago and I’ve tried doing a hard reset(unplugging the battery) and nothing seems to work i took it into Chevy and they said they needed it for a week and it was gonna cost a lot and it won’t do anything all it will do is show me which direction i am headed N,W,S,E so I’m reaching out to you guys if anyone knows anything please let me know

Maybe a loose/bad connection on the HMI module.

That’s behind the screen?

No. Its behind the glovebox. Remove upper and lower boxes and look above cabin air filter.
