Drivers door control panel won’t work at all

I have a 03 Chevy Silverado 1500 that the drivers side windows locks and mirrors will not work but passenger door does! I have checked the master switch and it is good and checked the harness where door meets with no broken wires or anything I could locate. The fuse box on the dash I believe is missing the lock unlock and drivers unlock relays. Does it need these relays? My gut tells me yes but not posotive! Thanks for any help
