2000 Silverado 5.3

So recently I put pacesetter long tube headers on my 5.3 Silverado running true dual into a magma flow dual in dual out with axle dumps truck sounded great before the headers wanted more power put them on now the truck is a lot more quiet then with manifolds does anyone know why the headers made my truck quiet or what mufflers to swap to to make it louder?

Even with loss of back pressure more exhaust flow should make the muffler louder right?

 Most likely the muffler. It is true that headers and pipe size can affect the sound it would only be very little.
