Transmission Clunk from Drive to Neutral (and back)

Hi again,

 

Anyone else have a transmission clunk when going from Drive to Neutral or vice versa, after already having been in drive and driven around?

 

The truck also jerks / squats some when the clunk is felt.

 

This is normal for these trucks / transmissions?
