Any ideas on this steering wheel noise?

Of course the noise started at exactly 36,000 miles.  When it was last in for an oil change and alignment(36,500,) I asked them to investigate.  Of course the noise wouldn't reproduce, and it actually went away after the alignment.(Maybe red herring)  Well, now its back with a vengeance. Any idea?

 

Mods: Rough Country Leveling Kit, just the spacers under the shock on the aarm.
