Sand stuck on frame

I recently bought a 2018 Silverado 4x4 standard cab. I took it in the sand to get a feel for the 4x4 and when I came out sand was literally stuck to the frame. I guess the coating is sticky or something which is causing it. Tried shooting it off, using chemical guys degreaser which stripped the black coating off to leave bare metal, and tried scrubbing it off with a bristle scrubber. Nothings working. Any suggestions on how to get it off? And anyone know a good brand to use to respect the frame to avoid it rusting out?

I would let it be. The frame wax is very sticky when new so the sand is embedded in it and if you scrub to get it off the frame wax will come off. Hopefully it falls out on its own as the wax gets harder.

Okay thanks for the reply. For now I think I’m just gonna use rustoleum to cover the bare metal

Get ya some of this and paint it on first. I did the frame of my 88 Toyota pu years ago and people would ask how I kept the frame looking so new.
