Need some help on this...

Anyone know what this noise is?

Sounds like a lifter problem with the AFM/DoD system.

 

Is it misfiring and down a cylinder too?

No CEL only happens in drive, Ive never seen anything like it.   Not misfiring

So in park the sounds is not there but as soon as you shift to drive it starts clacking away?

 

Does it clack in reverse too, what about neutral?

 

What transmission is in this truck?

Just idling and giving it gas doesnt have to be moving sound like rockers
