2019 TPMS to 2018

I have a 2018 Silverado Z71 LT.  Looking at a set of 2019 Tahoe wheels and wondering if the Tahoe TPMS will work on my 2018.  

 

On GMPARTS DIRECT the p/n for the 2019 Tahoe is :Part Number: 84413352

for my 2018 Silverado they list 2 part numbers : 84413352  and  84413357 .

 

So, will the Tahoe TPMS work in my Silverado?  Thanks in advance!

Some of the new GM truck TPMS sensors transmit at 315mHz and some transmit at 433mHz.  You'd have to have a dealer scan the Tahoe wheels to see what frequency they are running, to see if it matches your Silverado. 

 

At any rate, you can buy the wheels anyway, and if needed, have a tire dealer or GM dealer change the TPMS sensors out for you, if you have to.  But that can cost up to $40 a wheel for the GM sensors plus mounting and balancing of the tire.
