So I stumbled across this channel on youtube by the user "US Auto Industry" where there are a ton of vintage GM videos. Some of you may have seen some of these before, but I thought it was great to watch a 10min. video from 1936 about how a transmission works, etc. I am linking the playlist page on here but if you click on "how cars work and stuff like that" there are videos for transmission, coolant, oil, steering, etc. It is also cool to watch some of the old tv commercials as well. Pretty neat to me to see how simple these videos are and how easily they explain basic automotive concepts.

My favorite is this one showing an old Chevy Truck climbing Pikes Peak in Colorado.

I always liked those old GM videos explaining how things worked (of course I am an Engineer so ...)
