Trying to find front end noise

Hi everyone, i have a 2009 silverado LT 4x4. It has a 3" front leveling kit and 3.5" rear block. recently ive been hearing quite the driver's side front end banging like there is a ton of play in something when going over pot holes especially (i dont aim for them, but its NJ so theyre just everywhere). I replaced the lower ball joints and sway bar links a few years ago, but i've also heard these trucks were known for issues with the control arms. I am just looking for some advice on pin pointing the sound. thank you in advance for any help

Check your upper ball joints, like ASAP. Leveling kits that size are well-known to eat ball joints for lunch.

Ya upper arms or sway bar links bad again.  Lots of level in the front there.  Things hold up ok at 2 inch level, but beyond that, forget it.

Ok thanks! I knew it was a large leveling kit, but wasnt expecting these parts to last this long honestly (its been 8 years of this kit). I will take a look. I was kinda figuring the lower ball joint again but it seemed ok. makes sense that it could be the upper.
