Armrest

Has anyone experienced a broken drivers side door armrest?  To be more specific, the area I’m talking about is where my left elbow rests while I’m driving. I pulled the leather and padding back and found a piece of plastic honeycomb material that is broken.  It sure if it’s something that can be replaced. If so can anyone point me in the right direction?

I also have a busted arm rest.  I've done some looking around and so far your only option is to replace the door panel.

Thought about citing a piece of heavy gauge sheet metal to put in there but I imagine I’d have to disassemble the door panel.
