I'm looking for pics of anyone that has installed a roof rack or backrack on a 19+ silverado (preferably trail boss, but I won't be picky....yet).Insert other media

I like the idea of a roof rack, especially for long trips and carrying an atv in the box.

  I used to keep it clean, but now I just don’t care and yes, it’s very dusty. Maybe I’ll get a wild hair and clean it one of these days.

  I think the key point to longevity that may be being missed is the way the vehicle is being used. Long operating times with limited cold starts is one. Sustained speeds is another. Vehicles get better fuel mileage on highways for that reason.
