2012 Suburban z71 High Mileage

I am days away from purchasing a 2012 Suburban with 161,000 miles on it. The car fax shows regular maintenance every 6000 miles or so but looks like nothing has ever been replaced. What is the likelihood that things on the suv are going to start failing and needing replacement due to mileage?  What is mileage expectation on things like fuel pump, water pump, front or rear differential etc?  Basically, am I setting myself up for a lot of repair costs in the near feature due to the high mileage. Paying $12,000. Car fax retail value $15,490. Thanks for your input.

I once had a 04 Z71 that kept longer than usual. It had mostly highway miles. At 150K I ask the GM dealer what I should expect. I got a glassy eye look and shoulder shrug. At 155K, a water pump. At 180K I traded in with same plugs.
