I have a 2014 3/4 ton crew cab, with 18" wheels, and a 2016 3/4 ton with 18" wheels

 

If I were to swap wheels/trucks, would I still be able to re program the TPMS to match the wheels?  all 8 sensors are in good shape, Im able to program them now, when I rotate the tires ( I have an autel scanner)

Yes they will. They are the same sensors up until 2018. 2019s use a different sensor.
