8.1 oil consumption bull lets get something done

I have a 2002 HD crew cab with the same issue as many owners are having. Gm is giving me the run around also same story engine size fuel gallons to oil usage bull ect... I have 22,000 miles on it and this started taking oil from the start I have built race engines with more clearence then these engine have and they don't use the oil the 8.1 does. I am looking for owner with the same problem. we can start a joint suit against GM and have something done as was done with the gas tank issue GM had there is power in numbers I also believe for $30,000 plus we paid for these trucks we should not have this problem any one interested contact me at [email protected] Thanks and lets join together

I would love to stick it to the stealer, but I add a quart for about every 2K miles I drive. So I don't think that I would be much of an example. If I'm not mistaken and I may be I think there is a replacement part, some sort of emission valve that people have been replacing and it has curbed the oil use...I might be wrong though. Someone on here probably knows the fix I'm talking about.

 

But if you ever want to start some trouble with GM about warrenty fixes on modified trucks I'm all ears!!
