New here. I have had a particular sound from my transfer case area of my truck since purchase. I have had it to the dealer multiple times. Every time they have claimed it is within stock clearances but dont have anything else to say and deny an issue.

You can feel the slack when on and off the pedal while driving.

You can also recreate the sound with the truck in neutral and twisting the driveshaft by hand. Also can create the sound by twisting the front shaft while in park.

I also notice in the winter the truck has a shudder while in 4wd as well.

They have given me a bulletin 2 different times and charged me the shop rate for inspection.

I have changed the trans fluid and filter, transfer case fluid, diff fluid and added modifier, greased slip yoke.

Dealer checked all suspension components.

AND the sound is still present. All leaf springs are torqued correct.

I have a video of the noise on 2 different occasions.

 Can anyone help me!!!
