 Chevy Silverado, as well as the GMC's add on Wheel Well Kit. It's not a GM kit, I saw the problem and worked up a template and went to a ABS plasitcs company and got the prices to punch out the kit. The cost after woking this will be closer to $55. for both sides with the clips when I get them. The sides are make of Black ABS, high rigidity and impact strength, good abrasion resistance, moisture resistant, resistant to inorganic salts, alkalies and many acids not that we are running over acid. The sides attach to the bolts that hold the side fender struts on. There is 2 in the front and 3 in the back. The holes are punched to fit. At the bottom of each side piece you use a large multi purpose tie to hold the bottom to the lower strut. As it is now I suggest that the sides be attached with 1/8 rivets. You drill 1/8 holes through the lower edge of the outer wheel well edge and attach the side piece. I am looking into nylon push-in fasteners however rivets work fine. If you want to give it a shot, drop me an email.

I just received mine this week and am MOST IMPRESSED!!!! As compared to the photos, the kit is actually three pieces per wheel well: back, side, front. This is simply great and allows for partial installation, such as, the back piece first. You can add on the remaining pieces later.

Everything lined up perfectly and I honestly hope that this kit is registered or something so that Bushwhacker or whomever doesn't get wind of it and sells their own. Or better yet, the rights would be sold to Bushwhacker for a cool several thousand bucks for Shopman1.

GREAT JOB. I am very pleased!:smash::seeya:

Hey, howdy Tungsten... Long time......

I could take some pictures, but other than my truck's pewter color, it wouldn't look much different than shopman's photo that is in his link in the first message. I can take pictures, though but give his a try. I promise, mine wouldn't look much different.

Installation is simple. But you do have to do some minor drilling for the middle piece. The back piece (the bumper side of the fender well) and the front piece(front side of the fender wheel) is held by the existing fender bolts and a zip tie. The middle piece is secured by very small sheet metal screws drilled in a part of the metal that is below the bed part of the factor well. Or you can use plastic push in speed nylon clip/screw thingees. Shopman includes rivets, but unless you purchase a real cheap rivot gun at Wal-mart, I'd use the push-in nylon clip/screw thingees. Really, it is easier than what I'm making out.

Shopman's photo show one of his earlier kits with it being one large single piece. He now has it in three pieces meaning you can install just the back piece or the whole thing. Really a good design.

Oh, the flares. They don't get in the way at all. Literally independent of the installation and don't interfere.

I'm telling y'all, this is a good thing.
