2018 Silverado E Assist - Front End Collision Diagnostics

Long story short I had a front end collision with my 2018 Silverado Eassist and my body shop did the cosmetic repairs to the bumper, hood, grill and front quarters.  Also replaced was the active shutters but the AC condenser was not damaged.  It is now at the Chevy dealer to diagnose what is showing as a "battery saver active" warning message.  In addition my AC compressor also seems to not be kicking on to cool, however the fan motor is OK.  The body shop checked the refrigerant and said it had a full charge so he thinks it may be computer related. We replaced the main fuse between the 12V and high voltage batter and body shop checked all the wiring/grounds he could see.

Does anyone have any experience with collisions and diagnostics on GM e-assist models?  The dealer isn't giving any timeframe on repair and I'm getting close to the limit on my rental reimbursement (partially thanks to the body shop who wouldn't have the dealer look at it while he was waiting on parts for over a week).  Dealer says it just has to go through the diagnostics checks since there is so much wiring associated with the e-assist vehicles.  It's been nearly a month now and I'm ready to have my truck back.
