Tried to install the winter wheels from my 2018 Silverado 1500 on to my new truck, a 2019 Silverado Custom, and my winter wheels won't clear the 4 piston caliper on the new truck, the winter wheels are factory 2014 Silverado that I mounted some winter tires on, anyone else encounter this?

I was told the same thing, my 2010 winter wheels would not fit my 19 TB.
I opted to purchase the 17inch wheels from the WT model for the winter months.

You can probably use spacers?

Yes, been discussed many times around here, some will fit but most will not fit. You can run a spacer to clear the caliper or sell the 14 wheels and buy some wheels that fit the 19.

It's not about rubbing, the last gen "Wheels" wont fit as they hit the caliper, has nothing to do with tire rub.

My bad, I'll edit that..... I am using the rims off my 2014 All Terrain (with the 1.5" spacer) and they fit fine........ Except for tire rub LOL

After reading this I switched mine this morning.  I had OEM 20" rims from my 2018 1500.  Installed on my 2019.  Front calipers are very close but do not touch.

I have 17" rims that came off my 18' Kodiak edition and wondering if they would fit my 2021 elevation that has 20's. If they rub the caliper what size spacer do i need to clear them?

Did you find out the answer to this ? Thanks

The answer to what? Most all OEM wheels from 2018 or older won't fit on a 19 or newer without a spacer because of the larger brake calibers on the newer trucks. The new OEM wheels will fit on the older trucks no problem.

I was trying to quote this post. New here didn’t know how, figured it out now. Was trying to ask what size spacer is needed to use the older rims. I’m trying to use these rims. So I’m wondering what size spacer I need for these to sit flush against the rim and clear the callipers. These rims don’t have to cut like my factory rims to allow the studs to stick out of the spacer a bit kinda thing.
