Issue I have is the contacts sync so I can search and call people. Though if one of them call me their name does not pair with the contact in the system. They have to be a favorite first.

My overall impression of the infotainment system is... that it just plain sucks. It’s clunky, freezes, does whatever it wants to and will respond after a few seconds. The steering wheel controls have a mind of their own. And something new... I’m currently waiting to pick up my lunch and after turning off my truck, when I got out the radio is still on now. Hope that doesn’t turn into an issue.

Same for me. Sometimes they are all there, sometimes not. My advisor is going to synch my truck to GMC to see if that does the trick.

Interesting. My sales guy (yesterday) said they will sync, it just won't remember them and I'll have to re-sync every time I connect. Sounds fishy.

It is fishy and he’s full of $hit.

Other than replacing the radio, has anyone else gotten any resolution to this? I just bought a new 2020 Cadillac XT4 and noticed only about 40 of my phones contacts are showing up. I never had this issue with my Lincoln so it's pretty frustrating.

Figured it out for Android. If you have had several  Chevrolet or GM vehicles, make sure your connecting via the correct device interface in your phone.

Go to settings.

Hold down or left click the "Bluetooth" bar, not the toggle switch but the bar itself.

A list of devices should pop up.

Select "MyChevrolet"

A list should pop up.

Make sure switch is turned on for "Sync Contacts"

I had this same issue initially in my 2021 Silverado.  Worked on bluetooth but wouldn't sync contacts.  Had to remove connections, unpair, etc and then reboot my phone.  Worked flawless after that and haven't had a problem since.

I have a similar but different issue. My 2019 Sierra Denali has not problem syncing my contacts using my Android Samsung Phone but my issue is that I have to enable my contacts sync feature on my phone every time I step in the car otherwise it automatically switches to OFF and it won't sync. I am going crazy trying to figure a way to keep this feature to stay ON (enabled) all the time w/o me having to switching ON all the time.

Anybody with this same issue and a solution? Please advise

Thanks
