Lunchbox locker for SIlverado

Any opinions on these simple designs, i know tight tolerance is critical on set up of these otherwise you tear up the teeth.. wondering what you guys have used, I'm not interested in a G80.

Anyone have experience modifying G80 carrier so that there are no Gov weights being utilized, in essence its always engaged with the posi clutch pack ???
