Wiper Blades Not Turning Off

Hi guys,

 

I have a 2018 Silverado Z71 3500 and yesterday turned off the wiper blades and got out of the car and locked it but the wipers kept working. I went back in and played around with the switch on the column and they finally turned off. Works fine now but earlier today I could have sworn there was a delay between turning then on and them actually activating. Has anyone had an issues like this? Relay issues?

Check your battery ground. Mine has come loose twice on my 2018 2500 and caused all kinds of random electrical gremlins. I put a lock washer in there now to keep it tight. I had my fuel pump stick on too once and wouldn't shut off even if I pulled the fuses, they put a new BCM in the truck. No issues since.
