Noise when driving 40-55

I need help.....not a mechanic but know a few things....this is out of league......problem is this.....when driving between 40 to 55 I hear this humming coming from the truck similar to the noise when you wind up a toy....dont hear it all anything below 40 or anytime I am above 55.....I got Cooper Discoverer at3 4s tires and I thought it was that at first.....but I don't think it is that because they are quiet on all other speeds....not my exhaust either....definitely doesn't sound like it is coming from engine bay.....not the transmission either.......what could it possibly be or where can some of you guide me to start looking.......any help would be appreciated

Sounds very similar to the experience I had when my '14 was new. Rear end gears were far enough out of specs that GM replaced most except axles. Corrected problem.

My noise and vibration was at the exact same speeds.
